TIA seeks to procure services that will support the Talent Acquisition process as follows:
To procure a Panel of Executive Search service providers to broaden the reach of suitably qualified candidates when filling Executive positions and;
To procure a Panel of Recruitment Agencies to reduce the recruitment cycle times and access staff-on-demand during peak periods.
