- South African registration with at least one founder of South African nationality
- Innovative ideas pushing conventional boundaries
- Solutions within Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) 6-8
- Impact-driven submissions with strong potential for societal change
- Clear scalability potential for business operations
- Availability to travel to Cape Town from September 26th to 29th, 2023
