Dear Valued Stakeholder

With the first cases of the coronavirus (COVID19) now confirmed in South Africa, and the trend at which the virus is spreading, TIA Management put measures in place to mitigate the risk for staff, their families and the communities in which we operate. In this regard the following decisions were taken:

Staff will be working from home, with key staff members available at the office;
All visits to walk-in centres are suspended with immediate effect until further notice;
All face-to face meetings will be replaced with meetings via electronic platforms, e.g. Skype; and
All staff will still be available via e-mail or telephonically.
