BD 06/FS: Free State Regional Office Space
In order for TIA to expand its footprint and impact the entire country through fulfilling its mandate, TIA embarked on establishing Regional Offices as part of its strategy. This is aimed at positioning Regional Offices to deliver key products and services and increase accessibility and outreach of TIA in all provinces of South Africa. Regional Offices offer support to existing and new projects, technology platforms and technology stations.

The Agency is set up as a public entity with the aim to enhance the country’s capacity to translate a greater proportion of local research and development into commercial technology products and services.

The scope covers Head Office, DR Site, and 8 regional locations. As part of this project TIA will upgrade to the latest version of VMware vSphere and acquire and comply with relevant license requirements. TIA will award the project to a provider who is also able to provide maintenance and support services on the infrastructure specified.
